Making ADA Compliance Easy.
Is your property ADA compliant? The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) is civil rights law. It requires all public facilities to be in compliance; there is no grandfathering, so one is either in compliance or not in compliance. Timeshares are public facilities required to comply with the ADA.
FARROW has specialized in accessibility compliance for the past 15 years. We have worked directly with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) on several occasions. Currently we are working with time share companies (who have been cited by the Department of Justice) in order to bring their facilities into compliance. We have found that it has become standard procedure for the DOJ to target time share and resort organizations for the purpose of setting examples within the industry.
Our program is your first line of defense against a DOJ investigation and/or a complaint filed by an attorney for a client who has standing.
