FARROW Commercial Construction Completes Refurbishment of Model Condo Unit at Princeville’s Alii Kai Resort

SANTA ROSA, CA (December 15, 2011) –– FARROW Commercial Construction, a nationwide commercial construction company based in Santa Rosa, CA has completed refurbishment of a model condo unit at the Alii Kai Resort, located on the island of Kauai in Princeville.

“Our quiet, low density RCI Gold Crown resort is a departure from the typical high rise timeshare condominium buildings that you see all over the Hawaiian Islands,” said Ron Wright, developer of the 18 unit property. “We selected FARROW based on their reputation and they lived up to all their accolades.

Built in 1990, the Alii Kai is situated on a bluff overlooking the tropical splendor of the Pacific and surrounding Kauai landscape. The two bedroom/ two bath units feature private balconies, and all the amenities timeshare owners and renters come to expect in a Gold Crown resort.

“We selected FARROW to implement the design created by PD&A (Orange County, CA) because we knew that they specialized in price-driven, production-improvement services,” continued Wright.
